What up to all my familia, fans, and of course all you no game having haters that talk trash from the comfort of your desktops. I appreciate all supportive emails, as well as all the negative ones that give me the motivation I need to be my best everyday. Please keep them coming. It has been an exceptionally long off season for me. I have had a lot going on as you all know I am not with the ironmen, and I am back in the home state of New York. I was released from the team about two weeks ago.
